About
I'm Mike, a product designer who ended up an engineer. Ten years of startups will do that — you learn to build whatever the product needs.

These days I'm at Daylight, working on software for homeowners going solar.

I also can't really stop making things. This year: a daily history game, a map of every rat sighting in New York, a Bible app, and Romulus, a personal AI agent that's been running my research and half my operations since February. The strangest of them is WaitLayer, which pays developers for the time their coding agents keep them waiting. The case studies tell those stories better than this page can.

Most of my code is written with AI now. I decide what gets built, how it fits together, and whether it's right — that last part is most of the job.

You can find me on instagram, twitter, read.cv, and linkedin. For everything else, reach out.
